Company Name: The Creme Brulee Cart.

Area of operation: The Creme Brulee Cart is a food cart that started selling creme brulee in the Mission District of San Fransisco.

The Challenge: The Creme Brulee cart was not licensed and therefore could not park it’s cart in any fixed location. The problem was of communicating with potential customers.

Solution: The company started using twitter to connect and inform it’s potential and existing customers regarding it’s daily location, offers and menu. The innovative use of twitter and excellent execution both online and offline (food cart)was commendable as it was able to generate over 20,000 followers in a span of 2-3 yrs. Not only this, from a very small food cart, it has become a thriving catering and food cart business.
